Assembly Associate

An Assembly Associate performs assembly activities of a semi-repetitive nature using a variety of hand-held/controlled power tools. Must be available for either 1st shift (6am to 2:30pm) or 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm to 1:00am) though hours can vary. Please express your preference for 1st or 2nd shift. Quality Technician

Inspects products manufactured or processed to ensure compliance with contract specifications by performing the following duties. Must have experience with PPAP, CMM, gauging, and basic manufacturing processes. All interested applicants should complete the form below.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator

A Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator assembles circuit board assemblies repetitively, working on the shop floor by performing the following duties:

  • Regular, reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Assembles product according to work instructions.
  • Operates automated equipment (Screen printer, pick and place, reflow and automated inspection equipment) according to work instructions
  • Inspects product in accordance to IPC-A-610
  • Assemble boxes, cases and/or other materials as needed for finished product.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with others.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate ‘attention to detail’ in an effort to produce first-class quality assembling process and quality of product.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory parts, components at work station.
  • Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
  • Inform supervisor of any part or equipment defects to ensure a prompt response to the issue.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Overtime may be assigned.
  • Required to work during inventory by physically counting or weighing the materials/parts and recording results.

Must be available for either 1st shift (6am to 2:30pm)

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Some assembly areas may require regularly lifting of 35 to 75 pounds. Safety equipment (PPE) is required, including steel toe shoes and eye protection.

Senior Project Engineer

Combine technical expertise with product design and development knowledge to direct, plan, organize, coordinate, control, and integrate completion of engineering projects. The ideal candidate is mechanically/electronically inclined, hands-on, has a can-do attitude, and uses natural curiosity solving technical problems.


  • Research and develop designs satisfying performance, fit/form/function, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities from project initiation through launch.
  • Support current product troubleshooting, analysis, and customer-focused problem-solving.
  • Serve as customer and supplier technical contact using professionalism and sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Support product development initiatives and contribute to technology and process improvement.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities.
  • Specify validation requirements, support lab/field testing, analyze data and report findings.
  • Create Engineering BOM’s (Bill of Materials).
  • Develop engineering specifications and procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Balance multiple priorities under general direction.



  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering sciences or equivalent. Master’s Degree desirable.
  • 5 or more years Engineering experience.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated application of engineering fundamentals, practices, and procedures.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience using APQP and new product development processes.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Successful systems integration experience.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


  • Experience using SolidWorks 3D CAD and print creation.
  • Mechatronics expertise and application.
  • Experience in materials development.
  • Knowledge of casting design and understanding of engine vibration.
  • Experience working with commercial vehicles.

Extended time may be required working on a computer. Specific vision requirements include close vision (20” or less), distance vision (20’ or more), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. May require out-of-area/overnight travel. May be required to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
